“There was actually nothing wrong with the tour which gave us a good overview of the city. I booked this and another tour with Viaror and both times it said hotel pickup in Recoleta and downtown but on this occasion although we were in Recoleta we had to go to their office which rather defeated the main reason we booked this. As we are two older ladies on our first trip to Buenos Aries we found this a bit misleading and there seems no way to check if we would get a pickup until after wed paid.”

“The only reason I am giving a four star is because Elba our tour guide was great! I was the only English speaking person and she made me feel included even tho the rest of the people on the tour spoke Spanish. The pick up was late, was meant to be 1:30PM, they picked me up at 2:30PM and then took us to a couple places to get pictures and places that had souvenirs. And then they dropped us off no where near where they picked us up! I had to walk about 6kms to my hotel lol would have been nice to know before hand.”
